Certified Reseller Ergosis to resell full product line of authentication products that will compliment existing biometrics offering

Ergosis and Passfaces today announced a strategic partnership to increase the availability of Passfaces's cognometrics authentication solution in Turkey. Ergosis will resell all Passfaces products which include Passfaces Web Access, Passfaces Financial and Passfaces for Windows. The Passfaces authentication technology will compliment existing security offerings from Ergosis and provide a unique authentication capability.

Homeland Security 2006 took place with the participation of Ergosis and other suppliers. Visitors were very much interested in the products and services presented. It seems that all these products and services presented, showing a wide variety will end up being an important part in our lives very soon.

Ergosis also launched its face recognition systems it has recently developed in this fair. Also introduced during the fair was the" Biometric e-Passport Gate ImmSec" product designed for airports. Leo Detassis representing Gunnebo, the production company's representative for Turkey was also there with us. This product was met with great interest and enthusiasm because of its visual and technologic appeal.

Ergosis presented the new Iris recognition device that can be placed outdoors. The prototype cover is made of stainless steel and is bullet proof. The cover makes the device usable in all environments.

Another product developed by Ergosis, the Steel door with Iris recognition system, gives signals about the future of iris recognition systems both with the products and the technology it uses. You will finally be able to make your door impassable with the personal touch-screen computer put in the steel and connected to the iris recognition device.

Identification and access methods are gaining in importance. An efficient identification and access system involves many different technologies and processes. These aim to create identification profiles and use them in an efficient way. Ergosis participated at e-Kim, a forum organized by ARTIFEX, on November 6-7; where leading companies, the government body that fights against financial crimes, lawyers and university representatives came together. Our Assistant General Manager in charge of Marketing and Sales, Güney Seyhan, gave a speech about the "place of biometrics in identity management" where he spoke about the security danger of defective identification and its effect on data access. He also talked about the increase in online commerce and the corresponding need in correctly identifying users who are far away. The aim of biometrics is then, to permanently ban unauthorized users access.

Our General manager Oktar Öz and his assistant Murat Balta shared their knowledge at Kocaeli University with the students at the semestrial Security Courses. Studies have started to make it a certification program. Starting from the next semester. A two day education will be given to students as a certification program. University principals gave Oktar Oz appreciation licence.

Ergosis Security systems was chosen as one of the Fastest Growing 50 technology firms in a research made by Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu. Deloitte.Deloitte is one of the top supervising, financial reporting, tax and maging advising companies in almost 150 countries with 135,000 employees working in 700 offices. Deloitte, with the other sponsor companies will award Ergosis with a ceremony. There will be a special add of "the winning formula" magasine where detailed information about Ergosis will be written. Ergosis is also nominated for the fastest growing 500 technology firms in EMEA. Technology Fast 500 ceremony will be at İş Sanat Kültür Merkezi at 21st september 2006.

Istanbul Golf Club has begun to use Ergosis applications. We are taking special pride in the addition of the Golf Club to our list of customers. The Golf Club was founded in 1890, and was frequented by Turkey's Founder, the great Leader Mustafa Kemal Atatürk. We hope to keep our customer satisfaction high at the IGC too.

Ergosis has signed a distributorship agreement with BioGuard, the leader in fingerprint recognition systems. Bioguard products are now being marketed with the expertise of our engineers who have been trained in the company's headquarters.

Shaya Servers are now under Ergosis protection. Shaya is the first tenant of the Hosting center that Ergosis has built in Sun Plaza. With this service, Shaya was able to decrease its investment and operating expenditures without sacrificing quality or security.

Telia Sonera is now under Ergosis protection.

Tyco is now under Ergosis protection.

Sunjut has started to use Iris recognition emplyee surveillance system.

Our Head Manager Oktar Öz participated to Security courses at Kocaeli University Hereke İsmet Uzunyol Meslek Yüksekokulu with the Head Manager of MGS security firm Orhan Aksel. They shared their knowledge about the biometric security systems. The participant students of the courses wanted the poursuite of the courses, which they already benefited before their graduation. Principals of the university said that they will try to keep having similar courses in the following years. Mr. Oktar Öz had an appreciation licence.

Hobim A.Ş. increased the nuımber of Iris recognition systems.

We were at the IFSEC fair. The flash products at Birmigham NEC this year were biometric systems, and the new generation iris recognition systems developed by Panasonic, OKI and LG. Ergosis engineers were able to visit their partners and learn about new developments.

Arcelik's Moscow office is now integrated into the system used in Turkey as part of the Arçelik Security Project. Employing Turkey's biggest access control system, Arcelik has integrated its systems in 10 different locations in 6 cities and 2 countries with its HR and LDAP systems. The headquarters of the system entirely designed, developed and applied by Ergosis is at a different hosting center.

The integration HR and access control system adaptation of Tofas A.S. has been completed and is now on a trial process. Ergosis engineers are working with Tofas engineers in order to adapt the software.

LG presented its new 3rd generation Iris recognition system Iris access IA4000. IA4000 is not built on the older version IA3000. The new adaptations will be made on it. Both devices IA3000 and IA4000 will be able to work on one infrastructure. Its most visible property is that it can be asebled very easily and it only works on a network.

Sabah Newspaper, 11 March 2005 Friday: Sun Plaza, 145 m high, with its 37 floors and 12 elevators, will be the first office tower to use Miconic 10, Schindler ID and Visitors Control identification and diverting systems together in Europe. Smart cards will be discarded; visitors will be recognized by their eyes. The system will recognize visitors as they come in to the tower and divert them to the elevator going to their floor. Click.
